It involves project-specific analysis and the preparation of the concept project. This stage concludes with the approval of the final design, followed by the permit project if necessary.

PR MATERIALS

This phase involves capturing videos, photos, and drone footage of the finished product and post-production work. It can be shared on social media and serve as source material for printed documents.

Construction Drawıngs

The construction drawings include detailed plans, coordinated MEP drawings, and material lists. On larger projects, our team may supply their own drawings for ventilation, room acoustic, or fire protection. Additionally, renders at specified quantities and angles are delivered to the client.

During this phase, we are sourcing the most skilled and cost-effective contractors and managing design revisions and modifications to meet your budgetary goals.

Project Management

Offered either independently or in conjunction with architectural project services, project management services can extend from the pre-construction phase to the project's completion. It encompasses all activities related to project management, ensuring that the project or construction is completed within the targeted timeframe and budget

CONtractıng and sıte supervision

These are consultancy and/or contracting services tailored to meet specific needs, such as ensuring that the construction is carried out by the construction project within the budget and time requested by an owner. It can involve either using your teams or relying on our experienced and mature consultants and contractors with years of expertise to ensure that the construction process is completed in line with the project's goals.
